On this page you will find answers to frequently asked questions.

• My login no longer works, what is the problem?

  Use the "Forgot password" function and have a link to a new personal password sent to you.

• I cannot enter a quantity in the shopping cart. Why?

  The item is not available at the moment and cannot be ordered for the time being. Usually it is indicated in red when the item is expected to be available again. In an urgent case, please contact us by e-mail to find out when the item will be available again.

• Is there a minimum order quantity?

  No, there is no minimum order quantity. The prices are per piece. Please note, however, that even for small orders and small order amounts, the complete packaging and shipping costs must be charged.

• What options do I have to pay for my purchases?

  Private customers must pay in advance, by TWINT, by credit card (Visa, Master) or Postcard (for Switzerland and Liechtenstein).

  Orders placed by authorized employees of the University of Berne or its departments are subject to internal credit transfer. Orders placed via UNI INTERN must be preceded by a registration of the user data.

• Can articles be shipped abroad?

  For foreign deliveries please contact us.

  Possible customs costs at import and or value added tax are not included in the price.

• How long does the delivery take?

  As a rule the delivery times according to the AGB apply. In urgent cases please contact us in advance. Please note that public holidays, production or company holidays can affect delivery times accordingly. The shipping times are a guideline and may vary, especially for deliveries abroad.

• What are the shipping costs?

  The shipping costs are shown in the general terms and conditions and in the order process.

• Can I pick up the ordered goods?

  The goods ordered online are delivered directly by the webshop partner. It is not possible to collect the goods from the central area of the university. If you have any questions, please contact us by e-mail.

• Is there a store on the campus?

  The webshop items are also available at the service desk at Hochschulstrasse 6 in Bern (room 004, daily from 8.30 am to 4.30 pm).
  
  However, larger quantities for congresses should be ordered online via the webshop. This is also due to the transfer option via REF number.

• Can the items be returned?

  If you do not like an item and it is unused, you can return it to us within 14 days. Please observe the instructions and conditions under point 6 of the General Terms and Conditions.

• Can the articles be exchanged?

  If you wish to exchange the item, you can return the item to us within 14 days, after which we will make the exchange or offer you either a full refund of the value of the item or delivery of a replacement if the exchange is not possible. Please follow the instructions and conditions in the terms and conditions.

• I have received a damaged item, what should I do?

  If the goods have been damaged during shipment, please inform us by e-mail within 48 hours of receipt of the goods. Return the item to us within 14 days and we will send you a replacement or offer you either a full refund or a replacement if the item is no longer available. Please follow the instructions and conditions in the terms and conditions.
